But we also know that we will travel more than most, so we're committed to carbon offsetting and being net zero within 2 years.

Nexus contributes a set portion of our profits to charitable organisations every year, from grassroots football to cancer care. Our donations are decided by the team and published after our end-of-year management review.

Traditionally, consulting firms aren't the first choice, or even an option for single parents, part-time workers or family-oriented people. We don't think that's right, and we think clients suffer from the lost talent. We're going to change that. Our culture is based on openness, happiness, and having a sustainable work/life balance. 

We've been clients of consultancy companies in the past. We've seen our ideas packaged up as theirs. We've spent hundreds of thousands of pounds and seen no return. We've had to explain the basics of health because the consultants had no experience. We think that's wrong.
